We prioritize organizations that demonstrate a clear need and benefit underserved populations.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If your organization falls outside the scope of these requirements and cannot cover costs, you may partner with another nonprofit that qualifies for our funding to host a speaker.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:2,&quot;335559739&quot;:300,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Speaking Fee Subsidy<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For eligible organizations, Humanities Washington offers a limited number of Speaking Fee Subsidies, covering the entirety of the cost of the speaking fee.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If approved, Humanities Washington will pay the Speaking Fee directly to the speaker.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Travel Fee Subsidy<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For eligible organizations unable to cover travel costs due to resource constraints, a limited number of travel subsidies are available, covering the travel costs of the speaker up to $400.
